MEET Katie Creedon, MSN, APRN, ANP-C

Why I practice functional medicine — and who I’m here to help.

II work with women in midlife who feel exhausted, foggy, inflamed, or just off, even when their labs look “normal.” They’ve tried the diets, supplements, and appointments. They’re told it’s stress, hormones, or just aging. And they know there has to be more to the story.

After years working in nursing homes and caring for older adults, I witnessed firsthand what happens when early symptoms are brushed aside.

Fatigue, brain fog, and metabolic shifts don’t appear out of nowhere - they’re signals. Ignored long enough, they often become chronic disease. That experience is what pulled me toward functional medicine.

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in functional medicine, I combine medical oversight with a root-cause approach to help women understand why their bodies are changing and support them in what to do about it.

At New England Functional Wellness, we don’t chase symptoms. We look at the whole picture and build a plan that fits your body and your life.

I believe midlife isn’t a decline. It’s a turning point. With the right insight, support, and guidance, this season can be one of clarity, strength, and confidence - now and for years to come.

You don’t have to keep guessing or pushing through symptoms that don’t make sense.

If you’re ready for clear answers, thoughtful medical care, and a plan that actually fits your body and your life, this is where we begin.

Your Better With Age Journey

Care at New England Functional Wellness follows a clear, intentional progression so you’re never left guessing what comes next. We start by understanding why your body feels the way it does. From there, we rebuild stability, restore confidence, and provide long-term support as your body continues to change through midlife and beyond.

Every patient begins with clarity. From there, we decide together what level of support makes sense based on your symptoms, your goals, and how much guidance you want. At NEFW, we believe in long-term partnership, not quick fixes so you feel supported, informed, and in control of your health at every stage.

Phase 1: The Entry Point

Better With Age Blueprint Package

This 3-visit deep dive is the required starting point for care. We uncover what’s actually driving your symptoms and build a clear, personalized plan so you’re no longer guessing. We decode what’s shifted beneath the surface (hormones, gut, brain, metabolism), and give you a step-by-step strategy to move forward.

Most patients describe this phase as the first time things finally make sense.

Phase 2: DeEper Support

Better With Age Signature Plan

This is where momentum returns: energy stabilizes, brain fog lifts, and your body starts responding again.

The Signature Plan is for women who are ready to move beyond insight and fully reset their energy, clarity, and health with high-touch, personalized support.

Best for you if: You want consistent support and are ready to address root causes — not manage symptoms.

Phase 3: Ongoing Care

Tiered Membership Plans

After completing the Blueprint or Signature Plan, patients can transition into ongoing care for continuity, monitoring, and trusted access as health needs change over time - So you’re not starting over every time something shifts.
